There is
no airport on St. John so groups must fly into Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas. Upon arrival,
the group is met in exactly the same manner as St. Thomas guests. The standard transfer via air-conditioned
vans to Red Hook is met by Kelly's Tours field representative who directs guests to
the correct means of water transportation - water taxi or chartered ferry. Our field representatives notify
all water taxi and ferry companies as well as hotels of transfer status before the group
arrives, thereby eliminating any wait time. St. John Tour $72.00 per person - This includes: transportation
to ferry, ferry ride, island tour, beach entrance fee and snorkel equipment; $48.00
per person (beach ONLY) A drive from your cruise ship to the Red Hook Ferry Dock on the east end
of St. Thomas. A 15-minute cruise across beautiful Pillsbury Sound takes you to Cruz Bay, St. John.
Friendly driver-guides escort you across the lush island with an entertaining
and informative history of the island. St. John is 2/3 National Park and is truly a "Virgin
Island". The tour overlooks famed Caneel Bay Resort and stops at Annaberg
Ruins where sugar cane was once grown and milled. After the motor tour, enjoy one and a half hours
(1 1/2) of relaxation and swimming at Trunk Bay Beach. This is
a six (6) hour tour.
